Shepherd's Pie Added!
Check out our newest addition to the menu, Shepherd's Pie. We've re-worked this traditional dish to deliver a nutritional punch by subbing mashed cauliflower for mashed potatoes for the topping, and using a lean-beef and vegetable mixture for the filling. But don't think these substitutions mean a less flavorful meal, as our version loses none of the taste of this all-time favorite... you just lose the nap you usually need to take after eating it.
The lean ground beef delivers a good amount of protein (32g), while the vegetable content will fill you up without all the calories. It's also gluten-free. For those who find success with lower-carb or paleo-style meals, this dish is a great fit for you.
